swordforge
An incremental game built around MMO-style weapon enhancement. Each attempt succeeds (+1), keeps the level, or breaks the sword. That's the whole gamble.
How it works:
Click a sword to enhance it (costs gold). Higher level sells for more, but a broken sword is just gone — so when to sell is up to you.
Sold swords turn into warriors and fight monsters on the field. Kills drop gold and tokens, which go into the upgrade tree — Pity, Auto-enhance, Fever and so on unlock as you clear bosses.
Mouse only, autosaves in browser.
About the demo:
9 stages. The full version has 20, plus Relics and Legendary swords.
Feedback:
It's an early demo, so comments are appreciated. Mainly curious about where it gets boring, whether it feels like too much to keep track of, and how it feels when a sword breaks. Anything else too.
Thanks.

Sometimes I can't buy upgrades that I have enough for? (It looks like Epic token upgrades say they cost normal tokens). Also I seem to not be getting pity anymore after the second pity upgrade, and it doesn't seem like picking up fragments works. And auto-enhance is confusing.
